For those who DON'T know, I'm not only an Irish singer......I'm also a radio DJ! I'm on
Q-Country 103.7 every afternoon from 3-7, and Sunday mornings from 6-10.
Based in Ithaca, NY, Q-Country plays a mix of new and old country. So you'll hear
music from superstars like George Strait, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks
and Tim McGraw......plus today's stars - Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Carrie
Underwood, etc. My Sunday morning show is called "Classic Country Sunday" and is
made up of all the great old songs that helped "build" Nashville. Johnny Cash, Merle
Haggard, Waylon & Willie, Hank, Jr., Charlie Daniels, the OakRidge Boys, etc....they're all
there!
My job?? I laugh a lot, give away cool prizes, talk to listeners on the phone and just
generally make fun of the bizarre and sometimes stupid world we live in. Then..... they
pay me! (Sometimes life is so good in Marty-Land!)
